    I wish I had a beautiful quote to leave here like a present, so one day when you’re looking through all your posts you’ll see it like an unopened package that was dropped under the bed. So I can leave something of mine in your mind. But I’m rather bad with quotes and utterly tongue tied besides. So, I suppose I’ll just go quietly eat potato salad under the picnic table.

    I’ve never been one for poetry… I’ve always loved reading, but poetry had never said ” Hey, I’m here. Check me out”, if you know what I mean? I’m a photog by trade, and I tend to write a lot as well… but had long stopped checking out poetry. Then I heard “Say yes”…and I fell in love with poetry. It made me listen to everything else by you that I could find.
    “Photograph” made me shed a tear (or two, or five).
    Thank you for not listening to the psychics, the psychotherapists, the doctors or the yogis… thank you for giving voice to the feelings that live in the hearts of so many. Thank you for standing up and shouting what passes through your brilliant mind, even when it meant laying open to the whole world the hurt. Thanks for saying what you believe in and stand in such a sincere, beautiful manner.
